Breeze, - I say - :
breeze, you who runs
                            climbs
                             kisses
                               sips
           the sheets of sea
           summer dresses
           endless pages

Watch, - I tell you - :
                            watch me
                              closely.

You got it right

This is a great visual. "endless pages" I could turn them forever.

Excellent minimalist imagery leaving the reader to picture the ripples the breeze generates across the water or the teasing caresses under a summer dress. What better time to savor this than while the temp's just below -15° C.
