our eyes caught in the bar
you sent a drink over to my table
again, our eyes met
my lips silently said, "thank you"

you slid off your stool
and started walking towards me
asked me if you could have a seat
I gently nodded my head 'yes'

my fingers wrapped tightly around my glass
observing this handsome face
bolts of lightening heating me up
as I undress you with my eyes

you gently take my hands in yours
we walk to the dance floor
embraced we began to move
to the beat of the music
molded against one another
we both feel the heat
words escape my lips

~take me home for one last drink~
