When sleep claimed My eyelids
....the night got jealous for them being so close and joined...
when the dusk takes over the day and conjoins the Night,
who is jealous
....My mind wanders on travelled skeins,
unravelling and rappelling as I go....
Those byways and pathways, dank streams of mindless thought
and Yet
the one riding glimmer
Riding high the crest,
perfect in serenity and gracious
as the ice structures.....
Falling in friezed slow motion,
Birds, the draughts wing
who takes the rapture , who Sups at the juncture,
Two lines crosst and then so many more
....Oozing and dithering as they coursed
down the pale patina'd flesh....
Roiled again and then becalmed
......Surfeits and Satiation again and again......
Why is One never filled....
why is one never sated?
