At times things seem so clear
But there are days
When I can't see
What's in front of me.
My mind seems unable
To make a decision
Or to even know
If a decision made is the right one.
I contemplate within myself
I debate with decisions and thoughts
Glimpses of clearness and sanity
Jump through darkness and indecision.
I want clear thoughts
The ability to decide
And to know I've made a good decision
Not to debate a thought back and forth.
