I

I could not hold back
the lightning
that ripped through me
like forked strikes
across a stormy sky.

II

She crashed
into his kiss,
feeling the wave descend
and push her on.

III

He saw the goosebumps
flood her arm
and felt himself
grow warmer...

IV

his sensuality
simmered between them,
a pot on a slow boil.

V

she kissed his jaw
and he caved in,
like a collapsing mine wall.
