So many irons, so much chagrin,
why does the blue swan
float gently on the waters
deep denizens, shoaled embers,
waiting till the sky goes forlorn,

wheeling and dealing - slowly coruscating,
whence did the cacophony
arise,
those voices inside
all clamoring,
again and why not,

ripples of desire, slowly stretching,
Did He turn the wheel some more
Cords tightening, limbs quartered,
again and slowly

Does she want that,
what does it take to show
devotion, fortitude
trust, love
compassion?

Why not? screamed
the crags in the sky,
peals of laughter resounding
off the waterfalls,
silvered needles sticking in
His craw,
nay, hers perchance

Maybe They came and took,
maybe she will.
Tautened belly flesh,
corded sinews
rippling waters, roiling channels
Surfing slowly and then He is home
safe and ensconced
like a guttering flame
sheltered forever
Tiger eye burning Bright
