Weather Tales

Cars clog up roads. Clouds
get caught up in congestion.
Drought dries up rivers’ skin.

Thunder tries to cross bridge.
Gets jitters, nosedives, gets
reincarnated as a trapeze.

Hurricanes become obese.
Cosmetic surgery fails. Exploding
releases rusted cattle, old presidents.

Sky lifts up its dress. Stars turns pale,
collapse. God crumples up the drawing.
