Where Are You?
By Jack Gates

I feel your presense
when you are not there for me.

I hear your voice
in the roaring winds, you are calling.

I see your face
in the scudding clouds, such beauty.

I scent your body fragrance,
my head spins, I am falling.

I carry your picture
next to my heart, right here.

I call out your name aloud
in my troubled sleep at night.

I need your love,
I beseech? but you are not there.

I dream you are in my arms,
but then, you fade out of my sight.
