Waiting in discontent,
With sorrow I can’t deny
You sense my soul is suffering
I glimpse uncertainty in your eyes.

Lover please, please don’t weep
Tis just a changing season
It’s just the storm before the calm
A momentary lapse of reason.

I am aching for an awakening
A hunger that burns within my core
I beseech you, Lover, understand
This yearning can not be ignored.

I am asking you for sweet surrender,
To loosen these unbearable binds
And I pray the love I have for you
Will provide you peace of mind.

Tis true, your fears are warranted,
And mysteries you may never come to know
But if you truly love me, dear one
I beg you, let me grow.

loved this one

Weathered with emotion, this chilled my skin.
