oh

oh... I could insert my life into this. You know, kids screaming, customers refusing to pay me, ex to deal with, etc.

Your life is different but I feel the same way at times.

Working Girl

Most of us are "whores" for the "man", suffering through onerous drudgery, assorted jerks, etc. I don?t know how many Fridays I left with that phrase escaping out of my mouth, ?free at last, free at last, thank God I?m free at last? . This seems to be a new style for you, you handle it quite well. Succinctly and subtly put. Wringoutsomemore, wringoutsomemore!

(Damn, I understood this one!)

shorthand

poem for a days work? ohh, this is really different for you, its abrupt, it sort of speaks out- "I didnt want to be in the position to *ever* have to write a poem like this, but dammit, you all better read it and empathize"

and then, you go and give it a happy ending!!

happy endings are good , very good :)
