for the morning
the yellow sky …
to reveal
to decide
will our egos
again collide …
where did
we go last night
were we wrong
were we right …
jumping off
the high-dive board
our sense of guilt
again restored …
both, it seems
night and day
two different worlds
work and play …
up and down
the slippery slope
desperation
and new hope …
