I'm not sure I understand it well or in any way you mean it, but I love your choice of words. To me it teaches that even known history can be volatile. I take in good measure your final advice to the bards.

Doesn't rhyme

I like poetry that rhymes. You must have put a lot of work into this, and it must mean something, but not my cup of tea. I'll vote based on the quality of what you did, not on my preference for real poetry.
