A totally non-believable story

Since you put it in BSDM, instead of Non-con, you should have made the girls willing participants (maybe with corporate "rewards" for participation as well as assurances of safety and confidentiality) . Also, I agree with previous comments that such a contract is unenforceable and subject to civil litigation as well as criminal prosecution, so it is unlikely that this could have occurred. So unless you want to create an alternate reality where what happens to Kimber (and the other girls) is acceptable (and other authors have), then you should write a plausible scenario, which this is not.
