You were a hot one but I thought woman from that era were not as wild as they were today. You seem to not have any care about your husbands at the time , did you not care about humiliating them or did they know and we're doing the same. I get you wanting to be a wild slut but why not stay single. That way no one would get hurt because spouses and kids do get ficked up when one does something like cheating , it's always bad for all involved

You couldn't reach a woman's value and dignity if you climbed a 30-foot ladder. Such a sorry waste of YY chromosomes. What are you, really? Besides really really fucked up.

Just like men, woman of all ages, for all time, have been wanton and exploring.

Some get hurt by men who are stupidly repressive.

Women are not property. Including their genitals.

Marriage is about much more than just sex. Partnership. Mutual goals. Sharing. Closeness. I know of no couple that does everything ONLY with each other.

That most cultures are dominated by men in completion with other men which results in the pain and suffering of women and children, does not mean that women want to be treated thus.

You seem like the female version of me. We are very close in age, we have had more than our share of adventures, and we seem to revel in our memories. And to the writer that didn't think people of "That Time," didn't do such things ,,, you were wrong ,,, I had a long term friend just like you, and we never tired of telling each other our latest adventures. Of course we were also part of each other's adventures. But we have lost touch, much to my dismay. Well Done Ma'am. William

The missing nod to convention

I've only read this one and your Thomas one so far. I enjoyed these and I will get to the rest. The haters of the infidelity theme will hate no matter what. No doubt you've seen plenty of those comments already. I am just a few years younger than you (1951) and also think the strict rules of sexual fidelity are over valued in the U.S.

However, you must know the convention of thought in the U.S. about sexual fidelity in committed relationships and marriage. Reasonable couples can create their own parameters of what's acceptable to them and it's no one else's business. Sex outside of marriage is not cheating if both partners agree it's allowed. And when the sexual part of a marriage is troubled, it is understandable, even forgivable, when strong temptation carries a frustrated partner over the threshold of taboo.

But you (or your character) show no worry or concern about the convention of fidelity and you don't explain in these two stories how you or your character may have an arrangement with you or her partner that casual sexual encounters are OK or forgivable and not a threat to the marriage. I, too, am uncomfortable without your addressing how your or your character's husband/partner views or would view such casual sexual behavior.
