I'm not sure I can remember a striptease in reverse so enticingly described, legerdemer.

Here's a thought. Do you really think you needed the last line, or might you have said more indirectly? E.g., making the reader suddenly aware your lover was there watching the whole time, and, of course, without stating so, he's now going to take everything off. I don't think there's anything wrong BTW with the line, sort of like the last pasty coming off, I mean going on LOL.

I love that line. The "quick peak" is intriguing, also.
