Nice way to get the wife/girlfriend (I assume) involved with his fantasy and them wanting her pregnant. Are there more chapters planned fit to this storyline?

I gave you 4, but would have called it a 5 if only you had given us some clue as to who the babe is, her relationship to Ben, and how and why she entered his bedroom.
