I liked the story, nice and short.

Maybe adjust the ages a little. 16 is still a bit taboo. I also suggest that you indicate somewhere that the girl was not totally asleep and that she had secretly fantasized about him... just so the guy doesn't seem like such a nosy perverted peeping Tom.
