Been there, didn't do that

I experienced only part of this. I was at the doctor's office for a prostate exam and I looked at his neck and wanted to kiss it. He had me turn around and did the exam and was a little rough. I wanted to say "how about some foreplay first?" but chickened out. I have always wondered if he topped.
