I am always amazed to read these kinds of comments to these kind of stories. I loved the story, by the way-very well written, and I could identify with the lust that drove everyone involved to go for the gusto offered by these circumstances. As for you guys (Wimps, Hypocritical Assholes) who feel self-righteously compelled to vomit your opinions so harshly- why do you read these stories, to begin with? Second, my own perspective, as someone who has lovingly and lustfully shared his wife with a couple of select friends , and her hers with me- this actually involves a huge amount of love and trust between the spouses/partners. Each person has to love and trust the other completely, be secure enough in their love and relationship to not get jealous, and to want your partner to experience as much pleasure as they can. It's like a fetish-different strokes for different folks. It is extremely hypocritical to think a woman is not as entitled to erotic pleasure as much as a man. So either stop reading stories in this category, or keep your judgmental comments to yourself. And yes, I know a lot of these kind of relationships don't have happy endings- they aren't for everyone, and not everyone is properly motivated, or truly in love with their spouses. But that has nothing to do with the human psyche and it's capacity for love and eroticism to flourish and grow together.

Good first story

I hope you aren't discouraged by the nameless anonymice who infest this category and obviously should leave their mom's basement to get professional help.

"True story" is usually a cop out. Either they aren't really true stories or they are and the writer thinks the story will have more credibility. Neither is true. It doesn't matter whether the story comes from true events or not. It has to stand on its own as a STORY. Usually, a little poetic or literary license makes for a better story than the true version. Think about it.

You write well and will only get better if you write more. Hope to see more in the future.

Oh my...

So that night or late that morning after the big going away party she tells her husband she had sex with a friend as a gift. Husband got excited and enjoyed his sloppy seconds, and that's where you leave off.

Let me take this a few more steps.

The next day a hung over husband asks his loving wife for a second rendition of the going away story. OK he thinks, we were all a little high.

Over the next few days he continues to ponder what she'd told him. Gee, he wonders, was this the only time? Were there other special occasions for other special people? Did they practice safe sex. Is my wife still on the pill, or could this result in a pregnancy?

Over the next several weeks he continues to wonder; what is she doing at work? How did she get her last promotion? Gee, she just did it with Jeff and never asked me; why I wonder? Did she think I'd be OK with or was she a little worried I might not go for it?

Two months later he's thinking. Whatever happened to 'forsaking all others'? Gosh I've been faithful; couldn't she have given him something, anything else? Wow I remember all looks at the party. Does she respect me? Yeah, where's the respect?

Then sometime later our hero comes to the only conclusion he can; she's not trustworthy, she's not who I thought she was, she'll do it again, she really doesn't love me. Yeah, time to pack up the knapsack and call it quits. It'l be a fifty-fifty split.
