While I understand this is fiction, this asshole doesn't deserve to be called a master and he certainly doesn't deserve to be an owner. A real master protects his property (condom).

Good concept

There is a seed of an interesting story here. I like the concept of a "pass-around slut" who is forced to service strangers by her master with her mouth. As another person commented, you went off the rails a bit by portraying the master as being so careless about his property. I would've preferred to see this story expanded to portray the slut servicing multiple strangers with her mouth only. A little more background on the relationship between master and slave would have helped this story as well.
