Hope this is helping you in some way, psychologically, emotionally? It's really poor writing, and a really ugly story about people who have no self-respect, decency, or understanding of being husband and wife.

I found this, and the first one, entertaining.

I guess if they both agree to/want these kinds of experiences, who are we to question? If they can engage in this kind of debauchery and stay loyal and deeply emotionally attached, why would any of us doubt them?
On the other hand, my wife is alone in the world, except for the men and women that use her (not friends, not loved ones, not lovers, but users and used....cocks and pussies, asses, mouths and tongues for sex). No love, no engaging relationship, just fucking and slathering.
We didn't divorce. It costs too much for too long and causes too much damage.
But I won't have anything to do with her. We live far apart and don't communicate....well, I don't. She calls periodically and leaves messages, or writes notes, or texts or sends an occasional email. She's lonely, she loves me, she misses me, she needs to see the boys...why can't we get back together again as husband and wife, why can't we be a family together, and on and on. I don't respond.
She knows why and how and what.
Her mood will pass. Her wishful thinking won't change what she is, what she's become. I can't love that, I can't tolerate a woman with no more self respect than that....with no more respect for me than to give herself to every man or woman she can, any time she can. I can't love her anymore.
Marital and emotional fidelity are closely connected to physical and sexual fidelity....serve similar purposes...and are almost inseparable in a devoted relationship setting....in a marriage.....at least for me. God knows what you all might believe.
But, fudge on any one, and all are compromised.
For 7 years, she was first and foremost in my life. When the boys came, one at a time, the circle grew.
When we argued and she fucked a co-worker to "show me", that all died, ended.
Some weeks later, she came home slutted-up from work. Having found her out, I had taken the boys to my folk's place and sat in the living room to wait her out. She was late again, for the umpteenth time, but this time hadn't put any effort into cleaning herself up. I guess that allowed more time for play....and she probably thought we'd all be asleep. Maybe she had still been busy with the co-worker that gave her a lift home as they pulled up to our house.
She quietly unlocked the door and came into the house, taking extra pains to be stealthy....she always fancied herself a spy....like "The Man from U.N.C.L.E."v
TV series from the 60's. I swear, she lived out her life in an imaginary world of intrigue. I guess when real life wasn't intriguing enough, she decided to create some.
Anyway, turning from the door, she let out a short screaming bark, "OH! Oh, honey, what are you doing? I didn't see you there. You gave me a fright!"
Then she realized how she looked, smoothing her hair... Then she saw the pile of large black plastic garbage sacks in the middle of the room and knew...she knew what was next. She knew by my look that her life was forever changed. She'd been too self absorbed to the the "For Sale" sign in the front yard.
You can fill out the rest of the story as you like. The details don't really matter. The boys and I moved from the bedroom community where they'd been born, to a conservative suburb of the medium-sized city where I worked....and got on with life.
You can imagine anything you like to fill in the blanks, but that is the reality that became my life.....at least an overview of it.
So imagine, if you will, why I may not find your little story very sexy, fun, entertaining or worthwhile.

Ok to whoever Anonymous is that left the last comment I'm sorry about your wife and what you went through but I am not your wife and this STORY is not what actually happened in real life it is just fantasy. I have been with my husband for 20 years and I fall more in love with him every day and would never do anything to hurt the relationship. I wish people would just relize that this is all fantasy and get over it if they don't like don't read it it won't hurt my feelings.

Man, that long annony comment sure illustrates why there are so many sad, lonely, depressed and angry men who visit this site. I've seen a few of them admit that they come here because they're too cheap to pay for an actual therapist, and reading stories about cheating wives "getting what they deserve" somehow heals them.

I honestly think it's sad beyond comprehension. If my wife ever cheated on me, or our marriage fell apart, leaving me heartbroken, I can't imagine visiting an erotic website for comfort. That thought wouldn't even occur to me!

The thing is, even when you try to reach out and sympathize with that crowd, they bite your hand like an abused animal. Last week, Javmor wrote one of the most compassionate responses I've ever seen on this site, and some annony followed that with a grade school taunting of the poor guy Javmor was trying to connect with. Of all the places to visit on the Internet, you wouldn't expect to find so many hateful and intolerant assholes on a porn site.

Wouldn't it be nice if there were a website where we could all share our fun and dirty fantasies without being called a bunch of ridiculous names, having a bunch of anonymous idiots make dopey comments about divorce and STD's, and issue death threats from their lounge chairs? What a wonderful world it would be.

This site, and this section in particular, are ruined by the fact that no one moderates these comments. Hateful, spiteful little cowards run around anonymously abusing and flinging their shit at authors and at each other, and anyone who brings this up to Laurel is basically told 'well authors can turn off anonymous comments.' But I can tell you from my own long abandoned attempts to write on this site that all doing that does is cause them to start spamming your e-mail instead.

This site shouldn't allow them to drive off authors, and before anyone says it yes it happens on both sides, but ask yourself how many times you see the BTB crowd told to kill themselves and called faggots whenever they post because it's not nearly as often. And the BTB crowd ought to be moved to another category, either their own, new one or to non-erotic where most of their stories belong, because Loving Wives is meant to be a safe place for people who have this particular kink, and they deserve a safe space where they can share their own stories. It's just clear it can't be the same place, and that generally they are the ones who can't play nice.

Have you ever considered that the people who read these stories are not the "sad, lonely, depressed and angry men"? Maybe it's the people who write them. I've read comments about the divorce statistics for couples who indulge in this lifestyle. I don't necessarily believe them. I do believe the saying there's lies, damn lies, and statistics, though. I cannot see how this wouldn't damage a marriage, except in a few cases. There's always going to be the thought 'Will she find someone handsomer than me, richer than me, a bigger prick than mine, able to satisfy her better than me, smarter than me, am I getting less, is he getting more, is he getting something she doesn't give me, and on and on. If the people who write stories like this think living like this is so great, where are all the 'happy endings'. Even one of the best authors of this genre, Xleglover, finally in his 5th book of Jen & Mike, had them breakup before finally coming back together (sorry if I just ruined the ending for some of you).
