Not happening

I constantly see this scenario where a girl is being mentally tormented and physically abused and the she is forced to cum. No girl is going to cum under those circumstances. I know we need a suspension of disbelief in any work of fiction but if somebody was terrified, her rectum being agonizingly stretched there no "She" out there this is half way normal is going to cum.
