I think this blends the mix of silly and xrated that u were going 4.
It's good...
but I find the background, her top and her hair too close in the color department. Though different shades, they almost cancel each other out but that's just how I see it. Other than that, it's an awesome drawing. She's beautiful!
You're selling yourself short.....
Well it may not look like what you wanted but at least it is a hell of alot better then most of the shit 'art or drawings' I have seen on this sit. to me any ways it looks like something from the 'Cartoon network' or 'Disney Channle' or something. And if you stare at her long enogh you could imagin her being on "Jem and the holo grams' or something.

The cartoon look your character looks really good, not shitting you. However I wished you drew her differently because I don’t know what she is doing, she looks like she looks like she is singing but at the same time she is not holding mic., but that is only a minor complaint. I think the only major complaint is the I also wished that you either enlargen her to cover the distractingly purple or of course change the color, because I find it distracting of course, but also it not only distracts from the main image (your character) but also to me it makes the background and possibly the picture as a hole, ugly sadly to say. But overall it’s still a good image.
