I enjoyed every second of your story. I would love to have some more background information about the characters. I also think you could some very interesting places with Bella, even if they never get together. (Though I would like it if they did.) One option that I think would be a fun and "Twisted" twist would be having her watch the cousin with him. (With not knowing about the fact that she's his cousin.)

Minor details like cam chat whispers, I like how you let us read through the story for the background info! (Fellow commenteer, criminal lawyers never reveal just allow you to form the mental pictures they wish from what they say. In some religious circles this can be considered a form of lie...still only by omission)
