Another she hates him/she loves him story, it seems; but with a solid start. Predictable loud mouth, brash black girl, that I hope has some redeeming qualities. Especially as the white male is already painted in angelic muted tones, as is mostly case, for white knights. But I'll read part 2, just to see if you surprise us. Keep writing & good luck.

Thanks so far for the reviews, favorites, ratings, etc. (@Anon) This is just a very short story to amuse me, and at first it wasn't even interracial. So Deidre's character has very little to do with her race and more with her experiences. Still, thank god people seem to like it ^^
As for being predictable? We'll see in time I guess. :)
