The story could have been hotter if you'd developed the husband and wife more. As is, it's just a mechanical description. How did the wife overcome her reluctance? Did the husband have any regrets? Did the wife take satisfaction from cuckolding her husband to pay his debts? I think you could have made this a lot better.
