Sorry for all the caps, I was just too lazy to redo it. I am sure that there was blood evidence, killing someone by beating them with a crowbar is pretty bloody and the brother does not seem to be the brightest candle and with him violating the restraining orders several times he would have to be the main suspect. However, for the flow of the story I will just let it go but it still disturbs me to an extent. Thank you for writing. I hope they make him suffer when they bring him to justice.
