Not to complain too much but I was all into it until his dick size. Can't we all just be satisfied with a relatively normal size?
As for the plot, please add more like how he acquired this ability. Why didn't he use it on his family to stay at home? We need some background about his neighbors as well.
Don't make him a fucking machine, abusing his power. Allow him to do something useful with it. One more thing, he could have adjusted the neighbor's husband's attitude instead of making him an obediant puppy.

And how is he any better than Amanda's dad? They are both abusive, degrading and demeaning the women they are with. So as far as I can see, he's as bad if not worse because he can make them believe they deserve to be treated like garbage. A broken body can be repaired but a broken spirit...only death is a release.
