I take back my prediction from the previous chapter. I dont think Cindy is a Troy anymore. But I think Molly might be old Harvey's daughter. That would alleviate any accusations of nepetism if Molly came to work for the force and it would eliminate any accusations of bribery if the loan on the cabin was forgiven.
