I know that

He takes advantage of her vulnerability. Nevertheless, if it was only that, I would have rated the story 100. However, his deceit in removing the condom, after she insisted on one, is unforgivable. Even though it turned out otherwise, that lack of consideration could be cruel. I don’t like stories where people are mistreated and the evil ones go unpunished. Therefore, the story is only worth 50.
If the story had of continued and she had filed sexual harassment charges against him and collected money and he was fired than the story would have had justice and still would have rated 100.

My side of the story is... The condoms - it wasn't mine. I saw that sick bastad at the club and i swear he planted it. We had a b&e and nothing was missing. The hair is quite explainable, It was rainy the night of the burgulary and my little sis didn't have something warm to wear in the rain - she has long blonde hair. And finally that blonde bimbo - my half sister (on my father's side) gets easily scared by men who just want to drag her to bed. We went for a drink on three - yes exactly three - occasions and she made belief we are lovers to prevent people from harrasing her.

I realize that line is the set up for a sex description that is supposed to be titilating and sexy. But the problem is she "thinks" he is cheating and her proof is some condoms and suspicion: not confirmation. So let's admitt it was just her excuse to do what she wanted to do and she did it for herself, not to save her marriage. Two wrongs etc. Of course she has not confronted him: that would ruin the chance to cheat and not make it as much fun to do. Just another spouse who wants the security of marriage, but also thinks she deserves a little on the side. Does she love her husband? Nah! He is just a convenience for her. Why rock the boat when she can have the best of both worlds.

Not Aware of What the Sexual Harassment Laws Were in S.A. in 2003, but . . .
A male supervisor balling his female subordinate, was then and is now a recipe for disaster for the male in the USA in 2003 and 2016. Perhaps it's not in South Africa.
Doing it when she was in acute emotional distress is likely to make the boss/secretary relationship much less tenable.
And slipping offf the condom makes the protaganist essentially a miserable son of a bitch, although, since she did let him slide it in at first without a condom, STD and sperm transmission could have occurred during that initial entry, so maybe he's a little bit less of an sob.
