Steamy! And well written - I wish I could come up with images like 'a balloon full of hot cream'. I have a couple of minor criticisms (and an ulterior motive for making them): firstly, I was confused by the doctor's being circumcised, yet his having a foreskin (I'm not circumcised myself, which may explain my confusion); secondly, it would be better if you didn't start so many paragraphs with 'well'. Other than that it's perfect.
My ulterior motive: I'd love to collaborate with you by acting as your editor. Or is that asking you to take the writing too seriously? Anyway, your writing shows you have a lively and intelligent mind as well as a dirty one.

In all, it was quite a sexy story. But that's just the thing. When I read a story that I expect to be comical, I don't come in thinking I'm going to start masturbating to it.
When reading the other guy's comment, I did realise you say "well" a bunch and it just kind of felt like I was reading something British. But that's my opinion, nothing wrong with that. It actually seems a bunch of the comical stories on here are British sounding. The one's I've read, anyways.
It's great story over all, but the reason I say 3 stars is because I still didn't laugh to it, and instead I masturbated to it. If this were posted somewhere else, it would get 4 stars, because no one should be as powerful as to own five stars to their title. That is all.
