Why would she murder the asshole instead of just confessing to her husband and calling the police herself to charge him with blackmail? She is an unsympathetic stupid cheating bitch of a character and I don't think much of her husband for staying with her after the heat was off.

What a stooge! To help his cheating wife get away with murder. I would of turned her ass in as-soon-as she told me, and then filed for divorce ASAP.
