Excellently written story. As far as what should happen next, stay the course. Sarah is dominant. Have her dominate. Turn Jake into a sissy. In fact Kate should be an active participant. However, if you do go on with the sad route, then let it only be sad for a little while, but then turn happy with Jake deciding to stand for himself.
