I have been checking my PSA for a couple of years but my MD has not recommended yearly. I will insist on it from now on, and I will learn to understand the implications of the readings. I'm 58 going on 59 soon. once a couple of years is not good enough for me anylonger. Thanks again.

I had colon cancer near my rectum (now gone). Nerve endings were cut, leaving me with a partial hard on at best. Like prostate cancer surgery patients, my penis has shrunk into my body (big ball sack though!).
There are solutions out there! Testosterone therapy will boost your libido. A medical grade vacuum pump/cock ring thingie will allow you to get a hard on good enough for penetration. Before getting that, I thought I'd never cum inside a vagina again. Again, solutions are out there!!

Know where you are coming from...
Although a little older (69) then you, I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer several years ago...have had several biopsies but have yet to go under the robot. I feel the Sword of Damocles suspended over my head...the time will come as the government is managing our health to the point that in a few years I will be deemed expendable!

Best of luck in your recovery. I turn 65 this month and just had a PSA done and so far I am good.
As to the releasing of more chapters, it is like I told you before, release them when you are feeling good. Hate to see you get worse again just so that your followers have something to read.
Rather see you use this time for recovery then wasting away trying to release more chapter. I am sure that Dawn and the girls would like for you to stay healthy for a very long time.

Best of luck in your recovery. Not had prostate cancer but my psa results are all over the place and being monitored. Disk probs are the crappiest. Looking forward to your next story. 😉

I to have had prostrate cancer at 60yo after 8 weeks of radiation and 2 and 1/2 YEARS OF hormone treatment I am now waiting to see if my psa is going to rise again! I had a strong family history with a brother who had his removed 5 years earlier. Hope you recover soon! Merry Christmas.

Best wishes and prayers for your continued improvement and healing. Health issues are never fun and the helplessness of friends and family not being able to fend off those issues from those we love, are close to, or even just acknowledge as friends is difficult. Stay the course and continued improvement to you.

I am so sorry that you have had all these problems to haunt you. I really sympathise with you more that you realise.
I do not want to trouble you with my problems, but operations, chronic pain, waiting for something to "break" really sux first class! I just hope that your cancer does not return and the operation has only temporarily side lined you.
Please be careful, especially since you had that car crash trauma! What shows now may be only the surface of what may lie beneath. So, keep an eye out for unusual feelings, although that would be difficult to evaluate since you are in so mush trouble. Always look after your self because as the years go by, the hidden wounds come to the fore and you need to be even more careful.
