The story within a dream within a story...
The story within the dream was hot and sounded as if the teller was flying by the seat of his pants as he told it. I found it hard to reconcile the personalities you gave the two main characters in the beginning with what occurred for them throughout the story telling but they were both very likable.
The final paragraph confused me and though I read it several times I am still not totally sure if it is the uncle who was the drunk driver dreaming about his sister maybe, possibly?
Lovely fawcking job!
2*s
Sometimes you just get too wrapped up in being clever . Your story got too clever. So 2*s . Thanks

A dream within a dream
It's rather Shakespearean.
I like the way the storyteller alternates between the storytelling and the sex. That's only one of the many intriguing practices described in this hot vignette.
Confusing ending
I found the ending confusing too, not sure whether he was the drunk who had killed the woman in the accident - so it was a story inside a dream.
It's not quite my thing, but written in a very accomplished way. Rich lush descriptive passages. Nice tight structure.
Loved the structure of this one
I have no idea what a sylph is, but I loved the way the frame story worked with the sylph story. The zinger ending was a little shocking, but it left me thinking, which I appreciated. Fun story, FAWCker!
Interesting exercise
I also liked the story-within-a-story, and I think I see where the ending was going but it was a little confusing or at least abrupt. One problem -- no yodeling? :) Tough word to work in.
Hmmmm
C'mon, creepy Uncle dude, can't you just get the poor girl a vibrator?!? Hah! In all seriousness, Incest is not at all my thing, but this story was very well written. The story within a story was interesting, though I felt it dragged on just a bit. The fact that the Uncle also had sex with his sister was an interesting take, but I was totally thrown by the ending. Did the Uncle kill the whole family in an accident? Was this a mad fantasy of the drunk driver?
I'm hard on incest.
The category doesn't creep me as it does many, but it is among the most self-serving on the site, prone to cliches and simple, predictable patterns designed to elicit the same old response.
I rarely read the category. Not because I don't like it, but because I am not vulnerable to the word "mommy" or "daddy" as are so many.
It takes more.
This story goes for that, and so it has my respect for that alone.
It's also well-written enough. I love the set-up, the emotional complexity that is inherent in all incest stories is harnessed here. For me, that is essential to the category. I also like the idea of the story. A mythological story interlaced with a story about pain and bitterness and ultimately freeing sexual energy, refracted back on the reader at the end with a surprise ending? That is my native language, right there.
So why didn't I love this story instead of merely liking it?
Well, in some ways I think it is precisely because this story can't decide what kind of story it wants to be. Is this an emotional tale, about pain and family and forbidden love? Is it about finding solace in stories, forgiveness in the one place you shouldn't look? Or is it a stroke story about an uncle and niece playing the incest name game?
If it is the first, I feel it falters on the grounds of taking the easy way out on occasion, walking me right up to the line of being something meaningful, and then slinking off to offer me the traditional fare of trigger-word heavy familial porn. If it is really and truly a fuck story, then the complexity that you add to it kind of muddies that up for me. The conflict of flavors is too much on my tongue at times. Is this a fuck-sandwich or an emotional meal course? I'm never sure what is in my mouth. Not that the two can't be blended. In fact, I want it to be both. That's exactly what I am looking for. I just don't know that this one is. It's pulpy with remnants of both stories, the highlights of each hidden by undertones of the other.
And the ending...I don't know what to think about the ending. It confused me. Maybe it is my own stupidity. I have plenty of that, rest assured. But I am a sucker for twist endings, and this one left my logic tangled rather than my insides knotted.
