Trust your readers
You do not have to remind your readers of a fact once established. In your beginning, once we, your readers, know the company name you don't need to say I again. Simply say the company or my company unless it is very necessary to re-establish it's name again. Further, continually reminding your reader that "for my job" or promotion, etc. is redundant unless you get paid by the word or letter, even then keep it to a minimum. Your readers will keep up.
