All he has to do is call the police. They will get a blood sample which will prove he was drugged. The police will get a search warrant for the girl's house and find the camera card for the assault charge. The girls will say that he was video taping them but he earsed the images from his computer so there is no evidence. The girls go to jail for 5 to 10 years on multiple charges. Not much of a plot.
