Nice cliffhanger, even if a bit to early. You write with a decent flow, reading was pleasant. I think so far you didn't give us enough to construct some criticism, so post more for some feedback.This can be beginning of really good story. I hope you keep up the work.

Would have liked a bit more heft to the first chapter. Well written and a good summary of what was going on to the main character an all that vignette style.
