Many other stories by you do not have this notice, right after the Title is given, yet not one of them had a disclaimer at the end saying that it was fiction. Does this mean those works are totally true in every word? If so you are a brave man in deed! (Or just plain crazy)

As for my own stories, they are ALL fictional! Some of them are inspired by real events but the action in the story is and always will be total fiction, lest the long arm of the law come seeking me out to ruin my freedom for things they think I actually did.

The way you ended it here is very good, to do as you choose to do, by either let it be the end of the story or add more to it.
