I like the fact that you have explored the emotions of the characters. It's a shame that so many of the commenters are so rigid in their thinking, judging peopleas they do by simplistic stereotypes and preconceived notions of people's emotional psychology. I'm guessing that many of the commenters here have been divorced or had broken relationships, and are convinced they had no culpability in the outcome. Such self-righteousness is responsible for a lot of what's wrong with the world. Too bad understanding and forgiveness are so out of fashion these days.
