It is well known that one should not leave a person bound even let alone bound the manner in which she was alone. To leave her for any length of time will cause permanent damage and in all probability she will be unconscious before he returns if he is leaving her for the night as well. Dangerous and damaging. Also like the others what brought this on, or what is the background that led up to this. Very Sadistic
