Your plot idea is solid, but many details are tripping the readers' ability to go with the flow of it.

The one thing in this story that puzzles me is since she is cuffed, blindfolded and essentially gagged by the tape how does she strip? Her being cuffed would interfere with being stripped. A not too bad premise though. I agree with the other post about the eye brows as well.
