Please I'm begging you. Just take your time and release all the remaining chapters together. All till the end. Don't torture us like this by giving us 1 chapter every 3-4 months.

As others have commented. You should get this published for real. I could totally see this being turned into a sci-fi miniseries too. Please please please don't let this story die. Sometimes authors get bored or life's events take over. Don't let that happen. You have something special here. See it through to the end. And maybe seek a career in this. You really have a gift for writing.

Captivated

This series has had me totaly captivated for the past few days. I haven't been able to stop reading and have killed my phone battery more than once. I agree with the others you could and should think about publishing this story . The detail of your world is palpable i feel like it truely is a real place out there. I can't wait till chapter 6.

Same as the last poster, I too don't want the narrative with Jade to end... But I can tell your about to end it for them, even if only because Tristan finishes is ascension as a "knight", "flower lady knight"?, "lotus knight"???

I also know there are a million different ways their separation would be necessary & even beautiful depending on how it plays out. It's your story, do with it what you will... You earned it. I hope you do it justice though. Based on what you have accomplished so far I have every confidence you will meet and exceed the high bar you set for yourself.

Regardless I hope you continue with this story. Take as long as you need between chapters, but please keep moving forward. It's been awhile since I read something so truly worth reading.

Worth The Wait

Love the detail in this story. I peeked at the number of pages when I was around 25 and thought "Maybe he can finish it". Guess not. Great job. Now I have to be patient for Pt. 06. Good luck.

Easily one of the most entertaining stories I've read.

So, this is what it feels like...

...to wake up and be both immensely happy about the dream you just had and simultaneously realize that the dream is fading - as they all do - and that you will have to wait a while to have (more) it again.
But it truly was a magnificent dream.

Tristan in Emmit's chi room experience was utterly amazing.
The fight with Jet was totally riveting.
I know (since you've left plenty of hints) that Tristan and Jade are not a 'long term' thing, I'm just hoping they don't have to end in tragedy.

I'm telling you, my stomach actually dropped. Like, 'Oh Shit Oh Dear' kind of tensing up. The way Jet 'fixed' Tristan was simultaneously hilarious and totally logical.
What a trip!

Jade's gift of the bird, and it's magical transformation, was a wonderful way to end this chapters lovely sharing of True Love. You have elevated their story to being transported to those first Awe Inspiring moments in a new relationship, and I thank you for the reminder of those glorious times.

Really, after reading the series so far and as a fellow author on Lit, I'm just agog, utterly stunned by the effort here. Just one of the many good points about this story, is that even with the sheer number of characters introduced, I was given a distinct feel for each of them. That happens very rarely... Holy crap

What the hell did I just read? I just spent the last three days using all of my spare time reading this opus, completely enthralled. I just... wow. And now I have to wait until the next part? That's going to drive me insane. I'm already frothing at the mouth wanting to know what happens next. Well done.

Where to next?

I suppose it's unusual to head up a comment with a question but to me at least it's where my head is at the moment ... "too much mind" I guess. I've now read this story from start to finish a dozen plus times and this chapter probably five or six times on top of that and I can't help but think that there are so many incredible story lines to follow. The ones that immediately spring to my mind are: the tournament, the relationship with Jade, getting Set, an apprenticeship with Rinzai, dealing with Tower, and the return of the other Odeih. But more broadly I'm looking forward to knowing what's happening in the outside world, how Lotus develops, does Jed have another role to play, does Jet's "crystal palace" tell us how the art can be used to protect the mind ... and so much more. But where ever you take us I am sure to follow. This is a unique world that you have created and I will continue to read the existing chapters until i get to again immerse myself in the next chapter. This is an brilliant story and I truly hope you can find the time to provide us with the ending it deserves. Thank you IPD.

Unbelievable

I've been reading on this site for a while now. One of my all time favorite stories is one that has since been removed and published. It used to be called 'Alex, Angles and Demons' (yes I know it should be italicized but I'd have to use my computer for that and I'm much too lazy for that right now) or some such. It's now called 'Good Intentions' (just don't even) and has become a series of which is getting some traction. It was on the top of lists here at literotica for some time just as this story now is. This story is one of the best I have ever read. I love it. It's beautiful and sexy and powerful and your writing has a sing-song quality to it that you could be writing about catnip, and I'd be wishing I was the cat. The reason I'm writing my first comment here on literitica. The reason I've stated these things is for the entirely selfish reason that I hope to god you keep writing and that I and I'm sure many others would love to buy this work and others should you choose to write them and publish. I hope you hear me out and consider that's all I ask :)

Yeah, I'm scouting for new stories to read and I see this in the top spot for votes, and so I figure I'll see how long it is. The first part is only 4 pages and yet the most recent is 31...my god how much does the story/writing style change between these parts? Honestly, can someone explain this disparity?

Love This! Need More! Other recommendations?

I love this book. The characters, Tristan's discovery of a new world and his powers, and kicking major ass with his Chi (a total badass). I just can't get enough. The sex part is good too, but this just surpasses it all.

Can anyone else recommend other books (from other bookstores too that I can buy) that's similar? Protagonist discovering superhuman like powers and learning to kick some major ass with it while saving the world or discovering a new one?

Never read books like this and I want --NEED-- more!!

Best Story on lit

I've never stayed up and read like this before, but i read EVERY part within 4 days. One of the days staying up all night, noticing the sun go up as i was reading about the stone giants only seemed fitting. I love this story!!

Hard to describe

I mean that as a compliment and a suggestion. I love the story and it has surprised me at every turn. My only concern (and take it only as that) is that so many things are "hard to describe". It's something I noticed in the last part and now the phrase and its variations always stick out. Not a deal-breaker by any stretch and it doesn't break the flow of the story.

Well Written.

I started out on Part 5, and will probably go back and read parts 1-4 if I can find them.

So far, it's been a good story. It's much more detailed and long term oriented than most of the writing here. There are a few typos, but nothing too major. The writing reminds me of Jim Butchers "Codex Alera", even in style. If you enjoy this author's work, you should read that.
