I liked it. It was a straight forward classic LW flash story. I guess sometimes you just get the short end of the stick , or "pole" , in this case.

Yet another btb author who spends so much time describing himself watching the act it's obvious he enjoys the thought. Oh, he gets pissed after, just like his closeted little readers, but this is obviously a voyeurs work. He 'needed evidence for the divorce' even though he admits it makes no actual difference. If the narrator had kids with bag of crazy wife , I would get why he laid down and her and Vince put it to him. But the couple was ( thank God ) childless. No-Fault Divorce - I've commented before that I thought that No-Fault just had to do with the grounds for the divorce and not the settlement. I've tried to verify this a couple of times but I guess I wasn't searching properly, because I looked again today and there it was! Settlements as described in most Loving Wives stories ARE correct, cheating spouse AREN'T punished for their infidelity in the settlements, UGH!

I always love the pussies who claim they can't invoke any sort of revenge because they might get in trouble. Of course this guy was such an unthinking dufus that he deserves to get fucked over.

But she will pay for fucking Barry for the rest of her life, because every time she starts to get serious with a possible new husband, Vince sends her newest sucker a copy of her videos and her confession, alerting the new guy that he's marrying a whore. Peg will never get remarried, and never have a supposedly exclusive relationship for the rest of her life, unless she can somehow stop fucking Barry, and prove it. But the new guy will know that as soon as she meets some new super-hung stud she will be fucking around on the side, again. Peg will be the one crawling back to Vince, but it will be for nothing.

Your version, other than the added narrative environment and the means of discovery, wasn't unique in any way.

What I always ask in the case of this particular stories is, "Why didn't this come up in the pre-marital discussions? Why would she hide or lie about something that significant? Why would she say/believe that she'd taken nothing from the marriage, never refused hubby?" She took everything. Mutual trust, love (no, she didn't love the cockerel, but she also didn't love hubby enough to establish that she wanted an open marriage. Maybe she didn't want it to be open for hubby.
So, this constitutes, in some environments an act of fraud. There are on record, cases where such fraud was presented and critical to the claimant's case, and once proven (like if he'd recorded his confrontation and thus, her admission), altered the balances and outcome of the case.
What writers of this particular storyline only very rarely do, is have the hubby ask any of the variant forms of "why?". How could she, under any circumstances think any form of infidelity was OK? She owed it to him to at least broach the subject before entrapping him in a marriage under false pretenses.
But was it good? Yes. Did I enjoy it? Yes. Was it well written? Mostly, yes.

Let me get this straight. Vince suspects his wife is cheating on him, because there is strange piss on his floor. So, he spends the following money in order to catch her red-handed:

-- "A few thousand" for a small video camera.
-- $100 (at least) for a hotel room.
-- $150 (estimated) for renting a van (for reasons unknown), for two days.
-- Probably around $50 for a decent GPS tracker.
-- Approx. $100 for the listening devices.

So, he spends around $3,400 to discover his wife is cheating. And when he confronts her about it, she looks surprised "for a half-second" before confessing.

Couldn't he have just confronted her and saved himself $3,400?

I must admit I don’t know what many of the LW readers want, and I have tried a few variations with little only moderate success. It’s not a big deal, since I write for my own enjoyment, but I would love to know what those who complain about you having hubby tape and film scene really expect. With your permission I’ll write the story they seem to want here:

Here is my take on the statement you posed when you wrote " I must admit I don't know what many of the LW readers want" .
It really boils down to the fact that the authorship and the readership is divided into different camps , or as I call them Clans. There are at least three , and probably more than that. There are the hotwife / swingers / willing cuckold clan that take deep offense that everyone else doesn't like or at the least accept their views on marriage. It seems that the vast majority of stories posted on LW are of this variety , but the vast majority of the current readership is not. Therefore the scores on these type stories are usually very low. This makes this clan very angry and they take to the comment sections of other type stories with a vengeance .
Then you have the Burn the Bitch/bastard clan , who want severe vengeance dealt to the cheating spouse . They seem to be in the minority in authorship , but in probably the majority in readership if one goes by the scores of the stories that this groups favorite stories receive . They also take to the comments section of other types of stories and let their feelings be known with sometimes bitter comments.
The last of the major clans , is the reconciliation at all cost . To me , this crowd seems to be in third place of the number of readers and authors. They love the drama of marital implosion , but also love the romantic coming together of the couple in the end and putting all disgresions aside , and everyone live happily together in the end.
So it is my proposal that LW either be broken into different sections , or more sections added to the site. I propose adding a " Cheating and Consequences" site to Literotica.
This would mainly incorporate the BTB clan and the RAAC clan , because they are closer together than is the hotwife/ swinger / willing cuck clan.
But it seems everytime I mention this , the main opposition that I receive comes from the hotwife/ swinger / willing cuck clan ! I believe that they recognize that the vast majority of readers would leave LW for the new C&C category , leaving LW to rank as one of the lower hubs of Lit.
So , thecarolinadreamer , that is my thoughts on the question you put forth .

No-Fault Divorce

No-fault divorce should work the way I THOUGHT it worked, that is, you didn't have to prove wrong-doing to GET a divorce.

But wrong-doing by a spouse SHOULD affect the settlement! It's not fair that one spouse busts his (OR her, but USUALLY his!) ass providing for the other spouse, then when the supported spouse cheats to the point that the supporting spouse divorces them, they STILL get supported!

An enjoyable flash tale.

Reality

Very nice blending of reality (or pseudo reality) into a story. If Peg keeps her man on the side, she'll have to come up with a more clever way to avoid getting caught, even though she was careful before. Maybe she should find a eunuch to live with, who can give her companionship- you need more than a big dick. A nice quick story- pay no attention to the anon trolls who crawl out from under rocks and seem to know how to turn computers on and such.

For such a short story the narrative framing took up too much space, another page should probably have been spent on the main story for it to feel balanced the ending wasn't that great either, really unsatisfying, went out with a whimper, part of it because it was really too short and distant in tone for me to care about the character.

The only way to get "revenge"...

would be to keep track of her (how fun that?) and anytime you find a guy she seems to be connecting with...?


Say to him, "You know she'll never love you enough to give up Barry's cock, right?" And then give the guy a copy of the video.
