Not bad
For a first story, it's not bad. However, it could use a little work. Seeing the word "boner" repeatedly pop up (no pun intended) can get a little old. My suggestion is to use an online thesaurus when writing. Just type in the word you want to use and you'll get a whole bunch of words similar to it, just to vary things up a bit. Also, some more back story would have been nice. How did the suggestion from the mom about her son fucking the aunt come about? How did the mom and son's sexual relationship first start? While quick stories are nice, some history and details add a whole world of depth to not only your story, but your characters as well.

Did they attempt to hide the incestuous relationship, when Frances came to live with them, or did she already know about it?
It's not exactly normal for a son to be fucking his mother and have his services offered to his aunt, without at least some discussion about it. And you can't just hop into incest without acknowledging--at least a little bit--the social taboos that surround it, especially in a story set in the 1960's, when even divorce was still frowned upon.
Frances is supposedly "a retired school principal", but says things like "I aint't never..."? That sounds more like the speech of a high school dropout, than someone who has completed the years and years of college and post-graduate education needed to become a school principal.
I've never heard anyone over the age of sixteen regularly use the words "boner" and "twat" to describe the genitals. They were more than a little off-putting coming from a woman who is supposed to be experienced, educated, middle-aged adult.
There's a core of a decent storyline here, but it needs to be fleshed out a bit, and the guidance of a good editor.
