He did. " If You Can't Be ... . Pretty nimble storytelling by imhapless with one of his functional sociopath narrators that libidinously strut through his stories and wind up unscathed at the end . I can definitely relate to that . Too scared to emulate it, but I can relate to it on Literotica level. I cautiously thank the author for sharing.

Would I like to imagine another chapter where the cheaters get everything they deserve coming to them? Yes, I would. But real life rarely works that well.
It is usually the evil who get away with most things, and the honest and good who are left behind, after being shit upon by everyone else..
Didn't like this story, the protagonist was an asshole who cheated for no real reason. Gail was just another whore, who would fuck almost anything that flirts with her.(Sure it was her first time cheating)
Other than that it was decently written. Though the characters were nothing special and the story felt empty..

Two people insanely attracted to each other have a heated affair where they don't get caught and no one gets hurt. This may be the first time I've ever read such a story here! Thanks for an original twist.
Well written but some issues are there: 1st - As soon as they said to each other: ""This isn't over," I growled...and ""Better not be," she growled back", their marriages were dead...Because a one time thing can be covert...2nd - But a "three years affair, with on average two different sessions, multiple fucks each session, a week" it's very difficult to hide, and as he said he had a lot of guilty feelings...and guilty feelings are difficult to hide or to mask, unless you are a cold heart person not caring for anyone except himself and in this case you haven't real guilty feelings...And the final of the story showed that he was exactly that!!!! 3rd - Why did his lover and family moved a thousand miles away? Maybe she wasn't so selfish as he was and her husband put a end to all that by moving far away...His wife could even suspect the he was cheating, but being a well-known local politician, put her political career above her suspicions...2*
I enjoyed your story, and would have liked it even if it ended with used panties in the office safe and no further contact. For some reason, the morality police enjoy reading the Loving Wives section and then criticizing the morality of stories which belong there. This was a pretty obvious fantasy (AKA fiction) rather than a true confession. I suppose that for some, thinking about something is as bad as actually doing it.
The guilt and overcompensation made the story seem more realistic, although it seemed more intellectual than emotional until the end. Some of the events were not credible. In real life, how often does someone spill a substantial quantity of red wine onto the shirt of someone to whom they were not talking? This would almost need to be intentional, and both people would know it. How likely is it that someone will invite you to their home to exchange used panties and then assure each other that they could be together privately for several hours? Both would need to know that something sexual would happen, and no coyness would be needed once he arrived.
It might have been more realistic to have the initial split and agreement to stay away from each other, a reunion because they both kept thinking of each other, an agreement to explore but with limits, and then finally both would yield to their passion and remove the limits.
The morality police would not like this any better, but it would be easier to put it into the "It could happen" category.

He had no qualms about having a three year affair , said he had guilt but I saw no proof.
I hope his wife finds out and takes his cheating ass to the cleaners , after all the system is rigged in her favor anyway , and here it would be totally justified.
I bet he wouldn't have been so cavalier if it was his wife getting her ashes hauled weekly by another man. Cheating is cheating , husband or wife.
Will Luedon ( who actually seems to be a nice lady) have a problem with this , say I am part of the Moral brigade , or because its the husband screwing around on the wife will it be different ?
Will everyone jump sideways because I'm only supposed to score because of writing technique and not story content ?

I am a reader who bases my opinions on how the story made me feel , not on the technical writing alone,and in this case I feel kind of pissed at this fictional Asshole.
Now does that mean that the author did a good job by making me feel , if that is the true measure, then yes he certainly did.

I don't really like tales where the cheaters get away scott free but I actually enjoyed this. I think it was because of the humour & the tongue in cheek style of writing you employed. Well done. 5*****
An example of great descriptive writing. Hard to do. The description of Gail when he first saw her is exceptional. It never lessened in quality. Thank you for great writing. I found myself laughing at myself. Why I did not just read the story or a couple of the comments I do not know. I did read several. I am just as bad as those closed minded folks who read this category to tell us how evil we are for not having the same moral imperatives they do. I had to read their comments rather than just the story. Slap upside my own head since reading those numb skulls did take away a bit of the internal glow I had. Experience and learn I guess.
