Dear Mike:
I am working on various fictional porno stories now, but I'm so glad you posted this one. The reason is that it's going to inspire me to start my first submission, an essay on porno sites and chat sites. I've seen a lot of them as well, and I think you make some very good points -- but I'd like to answer some of your points. Namely, I'd want to rise to the defense of some of the women on the sites. There are a lot of money-grubbing rats on the site, and an incredible number of guys who want something for nothing, but some people are nice and some people are nice back. I hope to turn out the essay and submit it around a few times for commentary, then post my very first Literotica contribution.

Funny, and so true! It's nice to read about other people's "adventures" surfing the net. The disappointments are no big deal, but the viruses and the scams are really scary. I think articles like this one are very helpful - we can learn from each other's mistakes & misadventures. In some ways, we're now in the Golden Age of porn due to the Internet, but there's still a lot fool's gold out there.
