You should google "Deus ex machina" and see if internal consistency is usually thrown overboard when writing fantasy.

Interesting idea

Interesting, but I do agree with the comment about needing an editor. Words used completely incorrectly (such as venerable when you meant vulnerable) tend to drag the reader to a screeching halt as they try to figure out what you were actually meaning.
