I liked this story.
It was very well written and concise, not needing to waste a lot of unnecessary words to get to the point.However, I still think that you could have included a little more detail at the beginning.
For example, you could have told us how old the guy is or whether he was married. Or, when the neighbors told him that he could just drop off the package, they could have explained that Ali would be at home. Obviously, this last point is implied and that's fine.
I'm not so sure about the ending where the girl says that she had been dreaming of her neighbor for years. This only serves to prove that the story is a fantasy. It seems unrealistic to me that the girl strips naked and masturbates just when the neighbor arrives.
