But now I see Commander Troy playing the long game against the Consultant
by placing his own former, betrayed, and thought-dead pawns against him. Excellent!
Taking one of said pawns into federal services as a CIA assassin trainee in the process is great cleanup and double bonus points for the ultimate end game also.
The fact that Commander Troy got the psychological message about the Consultant's betrayal pattern into the head of the lovely Sinon in the same breath...triple bonus miles! (and yes, I've placed my bets on Sinon's identity there - and she'd been my leading suspect for a while now.)
I have been thinking that Melina is the Sinon for a long time. I haven't trusted her since the early chapters when she made her husband use a condom while she fucked every other big cock out there bareback without a care. Not a nice woman.
GrandPaM were you nominating Melina or Newton for Sinon? I guess I can see the reasoning for both to be a candidate, although I have previously picked my horse in this race.
WW great conclusion as usual. Give us a few answers then give us more questions. I know you've been leaving bread crumbs about what is, I'm guessing, about to go down in Apple Grove but you haven't spelled it out yet have you? Oh well, I get this feeling we are going on a road trip soon. Nice way to tie up the Elizabeth thread. Thanks again for a great read!

GrandPaM is 2 for 3
The first two points of GrandPaM I think are on the money.
However, the third that the lovely Sinon is actually Melina Allgood, Donald Troy's ex-wife and Laura's (her sister) sister-in-law. Whose husband the Consultant of Crime tried to murder. And who assassinated some of the Consultant of Crime's associates at the behest of her own sister.
No I do not believe that the lovely Sinon is Melina Allgood as she has had too many opportunities to kill Don and the Consultant of Crime would not be so stupid as to have someone who is that close or friendly with Donald Troy be his number two.
Julie Newton would be better candidates for the lovely Sinon. Remember the meeting between Julie Newton and the University President Sidney Wellman (who is right now the best candidate for the Consultant of Crime) at a reception where Don wondered why she was there? Also not much was really revealed at the wrap-up, also how did the Consultant of Crime get into Don's office and got into the TCPD computer network? The lovely Sinon has known about TCPD operations before they happen and only those operations where Don has specifically kept those involved to only those he knows he can trust have done damage to the Consultant of Crime (The kidnapping, interrogation using Ned's drugs which everyone had believed to be destroyed, and exposure of the human organ thief). Then there was the not so veiled threat of being so closely associated with the Consultant of Crime and how that man has a penchant for turning on those close to him. The Abacus outed the women by linking their bank accounts to the one working with the Consultant on the inside of the Women's group.
Julie Newton makes much more sense as the lovely Sinon than Melina Allgood.
This chapter answers a few points but raises more questions.
An excellent read, as usual! Thanks, WW.

My 2 cents on Simon
Don't see Melina as an option, she would not have missed those shots that Simon did, and she is a little 'unhinged' as some have stated due to her childhood with the brutal rape involved. That has a strong chance of warping your sense of correct sexuality and being sexual. I have never trusted Newan, how can someone work with that scum Malone and then be rehabbed? She gets my vote at this point, but I'm just reading along as I go and enjoying the ride. Nice work WW. Some god dharma for the Troy family to offset some of the visits to the dark side too.

wheres the story
point hollow series is showing on your bio but no sign of it anywhere else
I've submitted it. I've had bad problems in the past that a story submitted over Sunday doesn't get published for a long time, and on some occasions I've had to re-submit it. We'll see what happens...
Great twist
Simply brilliant and all the loose ends getting tied up
OK, at first I didn't get it

I'm with GrandPaM

Great Writing!
